We spend so much of our time communicating and it plays such a big role in our relationships that it makes sense to pay attention to how we communicate and interact.

  • $35 per session or $250 if you sign-up for the year (10 sessions).

    Bronwyn Sach

    Bronwyn Sach Nationally Accredited Mediator, Communication coach and facilitator, Mother of 2 teenagers, Naturopath and Zen Buddhist.

    Bronwyn mediates disputes between parents and children/teens, and between couples wanting to navigate conflict skilfully and effectively.

    Bronwyn teaches a mindfulness based approach to communication to a wide audience including parents, counsellors and psychologists, and spiritual practitioners from many traditions longing to bring spiritual values directly into their everyday life and communication.

    Dean Quirke

    Dean is a wellness educator and facilitator who specialises in men’s health and wellbeing, primary prevention education and community development. His area of expertise is in the use of behavioural science and primary prevention strategies to help empower boys and men.

    Dean has twenty years’ experience as a speaker and facilitator, delivering a variety of early intervention and health promotion programs to individuals, groups and corporate clients in schools, charities and prisons.

    He has worked and partnered with key stakeholders within the community to tackle a variety of social issues that impact the lives of young men, including domestic violence, community, youth violence, suicide, social isolation, addictions, unemployment and lack of purpose and direction.

    His skills in facilitating workshops are highly sought after in the areas of youth and men’s wellness and community development.
